Implementation of the Safety Management System (SMS) for Aeronautical Service Providers
This innovative program aims to strengthen the competencies of key personnel from aeronautical service providers in the implementation and maintenance of the Safety Management System (SMS). It combines theoretical and practical activities designed to simulate real-world contexts for SMS implementation.
The course applies international standards on Safety Management, including ICAO Annex 19 to the Convention on International Civil Aviation, ICAO Doc 9859 — Safety Management Manual, as well as guidance from the Safety Management International Collaboration Group (SM ICG) and the Regional Safety Oversight System (SRVSOP).
