Initial Course: Human Factors in Aircraft Maintenance

The objective of this course is to acquire and demonstrate practical skills and techniques to develop the appropriate competencies for communication and teamwork. Participants will also gain an understanding of the theoretical fundamentals and their interrelation with other relevant topics, and learn to apply Human Factors knowledge in a practical context.

Recurrent Course: Human Factors in Aircraft Maintenance

The main objective of Human Factors training is to provide all maintenance personnel categories with an understanding of how and why errors can be prevented during maintenance tasks. Each category is exposed to the risk of making an error or creating the conditions for one.   The program covers content applicable to all maintenance personnel categories. It is designed as a single foundational program, with appropriate adaptations for application at different license levels.
